Upgraded #member-support channel to use Discord Forum feature
A few months back, Discord released a new "Forum" channel type that's perfect for question/answer type discussions.
This channel is our first pilot of using this channel type before we explore using it for other channels.

Updated our meeting room system to use credits instead of hours
You may notice a change in your Passport app and member dashboard this month. When it comes to booking call rooms and conference rooms, we’re switching from “hours” to “credits”.
Why the change?
To keep things simple and flexible!
You may have never noticed the old system, but when we introduced a new "level" of rooms to book, things got confusing.
Now, all of our shared private spaces can be booked using credits.
Want to book a Standard room (blue or orange)? 1 hour = 1 credit.
Want to book a Premium room (special conference rooms with glass walls, the podcast room)? 1 hour = 2-3 credits depending on the room.
You can also book in 15 minute increments, and use partial credits!
All rates are also reflected in all of the room descriptions.
Note: While we change things over, you may notice a temporary glitch where the system shows both hours and credits in your account. You can ignore this for now, it will correct itself at your next billing date.

New sofa in our newest 4th floor lounge
This new lounge is located on the 4th floor, tucked in a corner across the mezzanine.
Outfitted with a communal table, an comfortable couch, lots of natural light.
